About the Role
At Brocsoft, we are looking for a Senior Android Developer to join a strategic digital health initiative focused on building an Executive Health mobile application from scratch.
You will be part of a greenfield project, collaborating with distributed teams and contributing to key architectural decisions while developing a modern Android application using the latest technologies. This role involves building scalable, high-quality solutions within a regulated healthcare environment, participating in the full product development lifecycle and working on a product designed to deliver real impact to its users.

Apply NowWhat You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain a modern Android application.
- Contribute to architectural decisions.
- Implement scalable and maintainable navigation flows.
- Integrate APIs and manage local storage.
- Write and maintain unit tests.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, demos and technical discussions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Android development experience.
- Strong experience with Kotlin and modern Android best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose (Navigation Compose) and Material 3.
- Solid understanding of MVVM / Clean Architecture, including dependency injection (Koin) and API integration (Retrofit).
- Experience with local data storage (Datastore Preferences) and unit testing (JUnit, Mockito, Robolectric).
- Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD (CircleCI), Firebase, and Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within distributed teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience building applications from scratch (greenfield projects).
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience adapting cross-platform designs (iOS → Android).
