When Athlete AI’s platform began attracting top-tier athletes and investors, the pressure to scale came fast. Built around user-generated video uploads and machine learning analysis, the application needed to work flawlessly across devices, support rapid iteration, and do it all without sacrificing performance.
The stakes were high. Uploads had to be smooth, background processing efficient, and the UI intuitive enough for non-technical users. The team also needed technical leadership to organize workflows, ensure delivery quality, and collaborate directly with founders, designers, and backend engineers.
