Implement a modular team workflow, introducing structured sprint planning (two-week cycles), clear ownership, and asynchronous coordination for deadline-driven releases

Lead the development of a seamless video upload experience using AWS Video on Demand and custom resource allocation logic, allowing users to upload high-quality videos while using other apps, with no performance drop.

Provide hands-on coaching, quality review, and proactive communication with all stakeholders, including founders, designers, and product managers.
